Women & Peptides — What Actually Differs
The straight answer to "does any of this apply to me?" — yes, nearly all of it, and some of it was yours first. What changes, what doesn't, and the one hard line.
Walk into most peptide content and you'd think the audience is exclusively men chasing gains. The research says otherwise — and if you're a woman reading this site, here's the honest map.
The headline: peptides are unusually gender-neutral
Most compounds here are signals your body already uses, and the signaling systems are the same in both sexes. Growth-hormone secretagogues (CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, sermorelin) restore the same pulse. Repair peptides (BPC-157, TB-500) fix the same tissue. The GLP-1 weight compounds were trialed on majority-female cohorts and their real-world user base is majority women. There is no "pink version" of these protocols because none is needed.
What actually differs
- Where you sit in the range. Published protocols are ranges; women — on average lighter — typically run the mid-range, not the top. In the Supply Builder that's simply the Standard tier. That's the entire adjustment for most compounds.
- A few compounds are women-first. PT-141 is an FDA-approved women's medication (Vyleesi, for low sexual desire in women) — the men borrowed it, not the reverse. GHK-Cu and the Glow blend carry a cosmetic literature built overwhelmingly on women's skin. Kisspeptin research runs deep in women's fertility science.
- The tanning peptides dose differently by skin, not sex — fair skin needs patience either way; see Melanotan-1.
- Hormonal context matters more than protocols admit. Cycles, birth control, perimenopause, and HRT all shift the baseline the compounds act on. None of it is a stop sign — it's a reason the "get labs, talk to a physician" line on every page applies double in the hormonal categories (kisspeptin, the GH axis run long-term).
The one hard line
Pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or nursing = none of this. Full stop. It's the single rule every research source, every clinic, and every honest vendor agrees on — growth signals and developing babies are not an experiment anyone runs. Everything else on this page is a conversation; this one isn't.
Where to start
The Women's Program is the purpose-built starting point — energy, skin, body composition, and drive in the same foundation-to-optimal structure as every program here. Or start from your goal: the Weight & Metabolic, Sleep & Recovery, and Skin & Longevity programs apply to you exactly as written — at Standard tier. And the women training jiu-jitsu: the Jiu-Jitsu Athlete Program doesn't care about your chromosomes, only your joints.
Research protocols, not a prescription — talk to a physician before touching anything.
