The Skin & Longevity Program
The complete looking-and-aging-well protocol — the glow foundation, the skin-specific layer, and the full regeneration build.
The vanity program that turns out to be a longevity program: the compounds studied for skin quality are largely the same ones studied for tissue repair and cellular aging — skin is just the organ where you can watch it work. Three layers, same as every program here.
The Foundation — everyone starts here
- Glow Blend (GHK-Cu / BPC-157 / TB-500 in one vial) — 2 mg daily. The signature skin stack in a single draw: copper peptide rebuilding the collagen matrix while the repair pair works the deeper tissue.
- NAD+ — 100 mg daily. The cellular-energy floor — sirtuins and DNA-repair enzymes run on it, and levels halve by middle age.
- Glutathione — 400 mg, 3× weekly. The master antioxidant with a large cosmetic literature of its own (brightening, oxidative defense) — the inside-out skin leg.
The Skin-Specific Layer
- Epithalon — one 15-day course, 1–2× a year. The telomere compound — the deepest anti-aging research lane on the site.
- Melanotan-1 — 500 mcg every other day while loading. The gentler tanning peptide: melanin density and photoprotection with the calmer profile (MT-2 is the stronger version).
The Complete Optimal Build
- BPC-157 + TB-500 (blend) — 500 mcg daily. Extra systemic repair capacity — scars, slow-healing spots, and everything under the skin.
- CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (blend) — 200 mcg pre-bed. GH is the original skin-thickness compound — dermal collagen responds to the restored pulse over months.
- Klow Blend (adds KPV to the Glow trio) — the upgrade vial for anyone whose skin issues track with inflammation — swaps in for Glow rather than adding to it.

Skin runs on a 90-day cycle — that's how long a full turnover takes, so 12 weeks is the honest minimum. The Supply Builder sizes the program to match.
For the women reading this
The honest note: this category's research was largely built ON women — the GHK-Cu cosmetic literature and glutathione brightening studies are overwhelmingly female cohorts. Run it as written at Standard tier; the Women's Program wraps these same compounds with the energy and body-composition layers.
Research protocols, not a prescription — talk to a physician before touching anything.
Compounds in this program
GHK-Cu
A naturally occurring copper-binding peptide studied for skin quality, hair, wound healing, and tissue remodeling — the cosmetic-longevity workhorse.
NAD+
Not technically a peptide — the cellular energy coenzyme itself, injected to restore levels that fall ~50% between youth and middle age. The longevity-circuit staple.
Glutathione
The body's own master antioxidant — a tripeptide on every IV-therapy and med-spa menu, studied for detoxification, recovery, and oxidative stress.
Epithalon
The telomere peptide — a four-amino-acid compound from Russian longevity research, studied for telomerase activation and sleep-hormone normalization.
Melanotan-1
The gentler tanning peptide — more selective than MT-2, fewer side effects, and actually an approved medication in Europe for light-sensitivity disorders.
BPC-157
The most-discussed recovery peptide — studied for tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut repair. The usual first compound for anyone training hard with nagging injuries.
TB-500
BPC-157's usual partner — studied for flexibility, tissue repair, and reducing inflammation across the whole body rather than one site.
CJC-1295 (no DAC)
A growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analog that prompts your pituitary to release its own GH in natural pulses — almost always paired with Ipamorelin.
KPV
A three-amino-acid fragment of a natural anti-inflammatory hormone — studied for gut inflammation, skin conditions, and calming an over-active immune response.
