The Jiu-Jitsu Athlete Program
The complete grappler's protocol — a whole-health foundation, the mat-specific layer for joints, tendons, skin and gut, and the full competition-grade build-out.
Jiu-jitsu breaks bodies in a specific way: fingers, elbows, knees, ribs, neck — connective tissue, over and over. But treating that as only a joint problem misses how recovery actually works: tissue repairs during deep sleep, powered by cellular energy, coordinated by the growth-hormone pulse. Think of it like supplements — everyone needs the protein/creatine base before the sport-specific extras mean anything. This program is built the same way: a foundation everyone should run, the jiu-jitsu layer on top, and the complete build for people who want everything working at once.
The Foundation — everyone starts here
- BPC-157 + TB-500 (combined blend vial) — 500 mcg daily. The systemic repair base: BPC works the site, TB works the system. This pairing is the most established in the recovery world and the floor of every athlete protocol.
- NAD+ — 100 mg daily, injected slowly. Cellular energy is the currency every repair process spends. Levels halve with age and drain under training stress.
- CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (combined blend vial) — 200 mcg pre-bed, fasted. Restores the deep-sleep growth-hormone pulse that does the actual overnight rebuilding.
The Jiu-Jitsu Layer — built for the mats
- GHK-Cu — 1.5 mg daily, 5 on / 2 off. Skin and tissue remodeling: mat burn, gi rash, slow-healing scrapes, and the collagen quality of everything you keep tearing.
- KPV — 400 mcg daily. The gut-and-inflammation leg. Weight cuts, NSAIDs, and training stress wreck grappler guts; KPV's research lane is exactly that.
- DSIP — 200 mcg before bed. More slow-wave sleep = more of everything above. The cheapest leverage in the program.
The Complete Optimal Build
- MOTS-c — 2.5 mg, 3× weekly. The gas tank: endurance, insulin sensitivity, and metabolic flexibility for long rounds and camps.
- Thymosin Alpha-1 — 1.6 mg, 2× weekly. The gym plague that rips through every academy before competition? This is the immune-resilience answer.
- AOD-9604 — 400 mcg fasted mornings. Walking weight management without appetite suppression — cut clean while keeping fuel to train.
- Semax — 300 mcg mornings. Focus and mental stamina for drilling, film study, and competition nerves.

Run the foundation continuously; run the full build through your hardest 8–12 week training block, then reassess. The Supply Builder turns this exact table into your vial-by-vial order list.
For the women on the mats
Every compound in this program applies to you exactly as written — joints, tendons, and gym plague don't check chromosomes. Run the Standard tier in the Supply Builder (the published mid-range) and you're dialed. For goals beyond the mats — skin, energy, body composition — the Women's Program is the purpose-built companion.

Compounds in this program
BPC-157
The most-discussed recovery peptide — studied for tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut repair. The usual first compound for anyone training hard with nagging injuries.
TB-500
BPC-157's usual partner — studied for flexibility, tissue repair, and reducing inflammation across the whole body rather than one site.
NAD+
Not technically a peptide — the cellular energy coenzyme itself, injected to restore levels that fall ~50% between youth and middle age. The longevity-circuit staple.
CJC-1295 (no DAC)
A growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analog that prompts your pituitary to release its own GH in natural pulses — almost always paired with Ipamorelin.
Ipamorelin
The cleanest of the GH secretagogues — triggers a growth-hormone pulse without meaningfully raising hunger or cortisol. CJC-1295's standard partner.
GHK-Cu
A naturally occurring copper-binding peptide studied for skin quality, hair, wound healing, and tissue remodeling — the cosmetic-longevity workhorse.
KPV
A three-amino-acid fragment of a natural anti-inflammatory hormone — studied for gut inflammation, skin conditions, and calming an over-active immune response.
DSIP
The sleep peptide — studied since the 1970s for deepening slow-wave sleep, which is where every other kind of recovery actually happens.
MOTS-c
The "exercise in a vial" research peptide — encoded in mitochondrial DNA, studied for insulin sensitivity, endurance, and metabolic flexibility.
Thymosin Alpha-1
The immune-modulation peptide — an approved drug in 30+ countries that trains the immune system's response rather than suppressing or overstimulating it.
AOD-9604
The fat-loss fragment — the tail end of growth hormone that keeps the fat-burning signal and drops everything else. No appetite suppression, no GLP-1 stomach.
Semax
Selank's energizing sibling — a Russian-developed cognitive peptide studied for focus, memory, and BDNF elevation.
