Stacks / Sleep & Stress
The Sleep & Recovery Program
The complete sleep protocol — deepen the slow-wave stage where everything rebuilds, restore the nighttime hormone pulse, and quiet the stress signal that keeps you shallow.
Every other program on this site depends on this one. Growth hormone releases during deep sleep. Tissue repairs during deep sleep. Memory consolidates during deep sleep. Fix sleep and everything else you're running pays out double — so this program gets the same three-layer treatment: the foundation, the sleep-specific layer, and the complete build.
The Foundation — everyone starts here
- DSIP — 200 mcg, 30–60 minutes before bed. The delta-sleep peptide: more slow-wave sleep, not sedation. The highest-leverage cheap experiment on the site.
- CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (blend) — 200 mcg pre-bed, fasted. Rides the deep sleep DSIP builds: the natural nighttime GH pulse, restored on its natural schedule.
- NAD+ — 100 mg daily. Poor sleep and low cellular energy form a loop; this breaks it from the energy side.
The Sleep-Specific Layer
- Selank — 300 mcg daily (or nasal). For the version of bad sleep that's really a racing-mind problem — calm without sedation or morning fog.
- Epithalon — one 15-day course, 1–2× a year. Normalizes the pineal gland's melatonin output — the circadian reset layer.
The Complete Optimal Build
- BPC-157 + TB-500 (blend) — 500 mcg daily. Give the newly-deepened sleep something to work with — the physical-repair leg.
- Glutathione — 400 mg, 3× weekly. Oxidative stress degrades sleep quality; the antioxidant leg closes the loop.
- Semax — 300 mcg mornings. The daytime half: focus and mental stamina so the day doesn't require the caffeine that wrecks the night.

Pair it with the free stuff that still outperforms everything — dark room, cold room, consistent schedule. The Supply Builder turns the table into your exact order list.
For the women reading this
This program is fully unisex — sleep architecture and the nighttime GH pulse work identically. Run Standard tier. Hormonal transitions (perimenopause especially) make the sleep leg MORE relevant, not less — see the Women & Peptides guide.
Research protocols, not a prescription — talk to a physician before touching anything.
Compounds in this program
DSIP
The sleep peptide — studied since the 1970s for deepening slow-wave sleep, which is where every other kind of recovery actually happens.
CJC-1295 (no DAC)
A growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analog that prompts your pituitary to release its own GH in natural pulses — almost always paired with Ipamorelin.
Ipamorelin
The cleanest of the GH secretagogues — triggers a growth-hormone pulse without meaningfully raising hunger or cortisol. CJC-1295's standard partner.
NAD+
Not technically a peptide — the cellular energy coenzyme itself, injected to restore levels that fall ~50% between youth and middle age. The longevity-circuit staple.
Selank
A Russian-developed anti-anxiety peptide — studied for calming without sedation, and without the dependence profile of benzodiazepines.
Epithalon
The telomere peptide — a four-amino-acid compound from Russian longevity research, studied for telomerase activation and sleep-hormone normalization.
BPC-157
The most-discussed recovery peptide — studied for tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut repair. The usual first compound for anyone training hard with nagging injuries.
TB-500
BPC-157's usual partner — studied for flexibility, tissue repair, and reducing inflammation across the whole body rather than one site.
Glutathione
The body's own master antioxidant — a tripeptide on every IV-therapy and med-spa menu, studied for detoxification, recovery, and oxidative stress.
Semax
Selank's energizing sibling — a Russian-developed cognitive peptide studied for focus, memory, and BDNF elevation.
