Privacy Policy
Last updated: [SET AT LAUNCH]. The short version: we collect almost nothing, we sell none of it, ever.
What we collect
- An email address — only if you sign in to use the free AI assistant or ask us to email you a protocol. That's the only account-like data on the site. No password, no name, no payment information (there is nothing to buy).
- AI chat messages — questions you ask the assistant, and its answers, are stored with the email that asked them. We review these to understand what the community needs and to improve the site's content and tools.
- Basic technical data — IP-based rate-limit counters that keep the free AI available for everyone. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts.
How we use it
- Operating the AI assistant's fair-usage limits.
- Sending you what you asked for: your protocol summary and a short series of timed, relevant follow-ups (first-weeks tips and a reorder-window reminder for the run you built). Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, honored immediately.
- Improving the site — aggregate patterns in questions tell us which guides and tools to build next.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or share your personal information. Not to vendors, not to advertisers, not to "partners" — we don't have any.
- We never use your email for anything beyond the purposes above.
- We never require an account to read anything — the entire library is open.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from emails anytime via the link in any email — it takes effect immediately and permanently.
- Access or deletion: email us at [CONTACT EMAIL — SET AT LAUNCH] and we will tell you what we hold about your address or delete it entirely, including stored chat history tied to it. We honor such requests regardless of where you live (California residents: this covers your CCPA-style rights to know, delete, and correct; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there).
Where data lives
Data is stored on the site's own server infrastructure — plain files, not a data-broker pipeline. We keep it only as long as it serves the purposes above.
Audience
This site is intended for adults (18+) in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, you do so understanding it was built for a US audience.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it; material changes get a notice on the site.
