The Women's Program
The complete women's protocol — energy, skin, body composition, and drive, built around the compounds where women aren't the afterthought but the original research population.
Here's what most peptide sites won't tell you: several of the biggest compounds in this space were researched on women first. PT-141 is an FDA-approved women's medication (Vyleesi) that men adopted later. The GLP-1 weight compounds' user base is majority female. The copper-peptide cosmetic literature is overwhelmingly women's research. This program is built from that reality — the same three-layer structure as everything on this site, tuned to what women actually run.
One tier note up front: most women run the Standard dose level in the Supply Builder — the published mid-range — and it performs exactly as designed. And the one hard line every source agrees on: pregnant or nursing means none of this, full stop.
The Foundation — start here
- CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (blend) — 200 mcg pre-bed, fasted. The growth-hormone pulse declines identically in women — restoring it means the same things: deeper sleep, recovery, body composition, and the skin-thickness effects the cosmetic world chases.
- NAD+ — 100 mg daily, slow. The cellular-energy floor. The "running on fumes by 3 p.m." fix that isn't more caffeine.
- Glow Blend (GHK-Cu / BPC-157 / TB-500) — 2 mg daily. The skin-first stack in one vial: collagen and elastin signaling with the tissue-repair pair underneath — this is the layer with actual human cosmetic data behind it.
The Women-Specific Layer
- Semaglutide — titrating weekly, starting 0.25 mg. The entry GLP-1, with the deepest trial record and the gentlest ladder. If body composition is the priority, this is the anchor — see the full Weight & Metabolic Program for what to run around it.
- PT-141 — 0.5–1 mg as needed. The one compound here that is literally an approved women's drug — trialed and approved for low desire in women. Women typically run the lower half of the range.
- DSIP — 200 mcg pre-bed. Sleep quality underwrites every hormone system; the cheapest high-leverage add in the program.
The Complete Optimal Build
- Glutathione — 400 mg, 3× weekly. The master antioxidant with its own brightening literature — the med-spa staple in research form.
- Epithalon — one 15-day course, 1–2× a year. The telomere-and-circadian longevity layer.
- KPV — 400 mcg daily. The gut-inflammation leg — bloat, gut-skin loops, and travel stomachs are exactly its research lane.

Compounds in this program
CJC-1295 (no DAC)
A growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analog that prompts your pituitary to release its own GH in natural pulses — almost always paired with Ipamorelin.
Ipamorelin
The cleanest of the GH secretagogues — triggers a growth-hormone pulse without meaningfully raising hunger or cortisol. CJC-1295's standard partner.
NAD+
Not technically a peptide — the cellular energy coenzyme itself, injected to restore levels that fall ~50% between youth and middle age. The longevity-circuit staple.
GHK-Cu
A naturally occurring copper-binding peptide studied for skin quality, hair, wound healing, and tissue remodeling — the cosmetic-longevity workhorse.
Semaglutide
The peptide that changed the conversation — the original blockbuster GLP-1 agonist, with the deepest human trial record of any compound on this site.
PT-141
The libido peptide — works through the nervous system rather than blood flow, which is exactly why it's studied where the little blue pill does nothing.
DSIP
The sleep peptide — studied since the 1970s for deepening slow-wave sleep, which is where every other kind of recovery actually happens.
Glutathione
The body's own master antioxidant — a tripeptide on every IV-therapy and med-spa menu, studied for detoxification, recovery, and oxidative stress.
Epithalon
The telomere peptide — a four-amino-acid compound from Russian longevity research, studied for telomerase activation and sleep-hormone normalization.
KPV
A three-amino-acid fragment of a natural anti-inflammatory hormone — studied for gut inflammation, skin conditions, and calming an over-active immune response.
