Peptide Library / Growth Hormone Axis

CJC-1295 (no DAC)

Also known as: Modified GRF (1-29), Mod GRF

A growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analog that prompts your pituitary to release its own GH in natural pulses — almost always paired with Ipamorelin.

Typical research dose100 mcg
Frequency1–3× daily (fasted; pre-bed dose is the anchor)
RouteSubcutaneous injection
Cycle length8–12 weeks, then break

What it is

CJC-1295 without DAC (properly called Modified GRF 1-29) is a tweaked version of the first 29 amino acids of your body's own growth-hormone-releasing hormone. The "no DAC" matters: it acts in short pulses that mimic natural GH rhythm, rather than keeping levels elevated around the clock the way the DAC version does.

What the research looks at

How protocols are commonly structured

The standard research pairing is 100 mcg CJC-1295 + 100–200 mcg Ipamorelin in the same syringe, fasted, with the pre-bed dose considered the anchor. Once daily (pre-bed) is the baseline protocol; two or three daily doses (morning fasted / post-training / pre-bed) is the aggressive version. Runs of 8–12 weeks with a break are typical. Combined CJC+Ipamorelin blend vials exist for exactly this pairing.

Fasted matters: carbohydrates and fats blunt the GH pulse, so protocols keep food about 2 hours away from a dose where practical.

Reconstitution & storage

Lyophilized powder; bacteriostatic-water reconstitution (calculator), refrigerate after mixing, use within ~4 weeks.
