The Military & Veteran Program
The complete service-member's protocol — the carried-load recovery floor, a mind-and-stress layer built from the compounds with real research in anxiety, stress resilience, and sleep, and the long-service build.
Service loads a body and a mind in ways civilian training never quite replicates: years of rucks and impacts compressed into joints and backs, sleep trained into a skill that breaks on return, and a stress system that learned to run hot and never got the memo to stand down. This program works both halves deliberately — the physical recovery floor, and a mind-and-stress layer built from the compounds whose research actually points at the psychological load. Built for active service, veterans, and the transition between.
The Foundation — the body that carried the load
- BPC-157 + TB-500 (blend) — 500 mcg daily. Rucks, jumps, and years of impact compound into exactly the tendon, joint, and soft-tissue debt this pairing is studied for. The repair floor for a body the job used hard.
- CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (blend) — 200 mcg before your main sleep, fasted. The overnight rebuild pulse — recovery, body composition, and the deep-sleep architecture everything else in this program leans on.
- NAD+ — 100 mg daily, slow. The cellular energy floor — and the compound with decades of history in recovery-clinic settings, where rebuilding drained systems is the entire job.
The Mind & Stress Layer — what the research actually leans toward
The straight version first: nothing in a vial treats PTSD, and this site won't pretend otherwise — trauma care belongs with professionals, and it works. What the research community does point at is the terrain underneath: the anxiety signal, stress resilience, and the broken sleep that makes every psychological load heavier. That's this layer.
- Selank — 300 mcg daily (or nasal). The compound with the most direct research in this lane: developed as an anxiolytic and used clinically in Russia for anxiety disorders — calm without sedation, without fog, and without the habit-forming profile of the usual answers. For the always-on hum that service installs, this is the most studied peptide there is.
- Semax — 300 mcg mornings. The resilience half: studied for cognitive performance under stress and for BDNF — the brain's own repair-and-adapt signal. Focus, composure, and mental stamina for the transition-to-civilian grind as much as for the job itself.
- DSIP — 200 mcg before your main sleep. Sleep is where the psychological load either processes or compounds — and disturbed sleep is the most universal complaint in this population. DSIP's research lane is deepening slow-wave sleep specifically: not sedation, not a hangover, just more of the stage that does the repair work.
The Long-Service Build
- MOTS-c — 2.5 mg, 3× weekly. The engine leg — PT-test fitness on a body past academy age, and the metabolic floor that service schedules erode.
- Glutathione — 400 mg, 3× weekly. The exhaust system for years of exposure load — burn pits to diesel to stress hormones, oxidative debt is the common denominator.
- Epithalon — one 15-day course, 1–2× a year. The long-game layer: circadian normalization and the longevity research lane, for a career that spent your body's savings early.

The Supply Builder sizes the whole program in one order — and the starter path here is deliberately mind-and-sleep weighted, because that's where this population reports the fastest wins.
Three straight notes
- Active duty reads this first: military drug policy is its own world — DoD supplement rules flag many research compounds, and "legal to buy" has never meant "cleared for service members." Know your branch's current policy before anything; that's an eyes-open decision made sober, not a surprise at a urinalysis.
- The PTSD line, said plainly: if the weight you're carrying has a name — intrusive memories, the hypervigilance that won't stand down, the dreams — that's a professional's lane, and the VA, Vet Centers, and the crisis line (dial 988, press 1) exist exactly for it. This program supports the sleeping, recovering system underneath that work. It is not the work.
- Transition is a protocol window. The research community's consistent report: the structure of running a protocol — the schedule, the tracking, the labs, the 30-day check-ins — lands hardest for veterans in transition, when the body finally has time to rebuild and the day needs a spine. Your First 30 Days is built for exactly that.
For the women who served
Everything runs identically at Standard tier — and the sleep-and-stress layer applies without an asterisk. The Women's Athlete Program and Women & Peptides guide carry the female-specific notes.

Compounds in this program
BPC-157
The most-discussed recovery peptide — studied for tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut repair. The usual first compound for anyone training hard with nagging injuries.
TB-500
BPC-157's usual partner — studied for flexibility, tissue repair, and reducing inflammation across the whole body rather than one site.
CJC-1295 (no DAC)
A growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analog that prompts your pituitary to release its own GH in natural pulses — almost always paired with Ipamorelin.
Ipamorelin
The cleanest of the GH secretagogues — triggers a growth-hormone pulse without meaningfully raising hunger or cortisol. CJC-1295's standard partner.
NAD+
Not technically a peptide — the cellular energy coenzyme itself, injected to restore levels that fall ~50% between youth and middle age. The longevity-circuit staple.
Selank
A Russian-developed anti-anxiety peptide — studied for calming without sedation, and without the dependence profile of benzodiazepines.
Semax
Selank's energizing sibling — a Russian-developed cognitive peptide studied for focus, memory, and BDNF elevation.
DSIP
The sleep peptide — studied since the 1970s for deepening slow-wave sleep, which is where every other kind of recovery actually happens.
MOTS-c
The "exercise in a vial" research peptide — encoded in mitochondrial DNA, studied for insulin sensitivity, endurance, and metabolic flexibility.
Glutathione
The body's own master antioxidant — a tripeptide on every IV-therapy and med-spa menu, studied for detoxification, recovery, and oxidative stress.
Epithalon
The telomere peptide — a four-amino-acid compound from Russian longevity research, studied for telomerase activation and sleep-hormone normalization.
