Field Guides / Guide 02
Your First 30 Days
The operational walkthrough for a first protocol — from the box arriving to the day-30 reassessment, week by week, with every tool linked at the moment you need it.
The other guides teach the skills. This one puts them on a calendar — the exact sequence for someone starting their first protocol, so nothing gets improvised at 6 a.m. with a syringe in hand.
Before anything ships
- Run the 60-second quiz or pick your program, then build the full supply list in the Supply Builder — order everything at once, including bacteriostatic water and syringes. The most common beginner failure isn't a wrong dose; it's a protocol stalled for two weeks waiting on the thing that wasn't in the first order.
- Read the COA guide and actually check the batch testing on what you ordered.
- Bring the plan to your physician. Every page here says it because it's true.
Day 0 — the box arrives
Powder vials go straight to the fridge (storage guide). Nothing needs mixing until the day you start. Print your protocol card from the Supply Builder and put it on the fridge door.
Day 1 — mix day
One compound at a time, no rush. The reconstitution guide is the step-by-step; the calculator confirms your water amount and syringe draw. Mix only what you're starting this week — sealed powder keeps far longer than mixed solution.
Days 1–7 — the first injections
- The injection guide covers site choice, rotation, and technique. First one feels like a big deal; by Thursday it's brushing your teeth.
- Same time every day beats perfect time some days. Pre-bed compounds pre-bed and fasted; morning compounds in the morning. Your protocol card has the rhythm.
- What to expect week 1: injection-site familiarity and not much else. GLP-1 compounds are the exception — appetite effects often show in days.
Days 7–14 — the quiet stretch
This is where beginners quit, because nothing dramatic is happening. Nothing dramatic is supposed to be happening — recovery compounds work in weeks, GH-axis compounds in months (the honest timelines live on every profile). Keep the schedule boring and perfect. Note sleep quality; it's usually the first thing that moves.
Days 14–30 — the system comes online
- Common reports in this window: deeper sleep, faster bounce-back from training, appetite changes settling into a rhythm.
- Running the full program pays off here — the layers reinforce each other, and this is when it becomes visible. If you started on the starter path instead, this is the natural window to complete the program: same start discipline, one more mix day, no restart.
- Titrating a GLP-1? Your step-up dates are on the Titration Planner schedule — never rush a step.
Day 30 — the reassessment
Three questions: Is sleep better? Is recovery faster? Is the goal metric (waist, mat time, focus blocks) moving? Track more than the scale — photos, strength numbers, how the gi fits. Then check your protocol card's run-through date and make sure the next order ships before the current supply runs dry — a mid-protocol gap resets the compounds that work on accumulation.
Questions the pages don't answer, ask the AI — it knows this whole library and nothing else.
Research protocols, not a prescription — talk to a physician before touching anything.
