The Women's Athlete Program
The complete female-athlete protocol — the same recovery engine the men run, plus the layers women's training actually needs: gut, skin, immunity, and the cycle-aware notes nobody writes down.
Women's training content has a bad habit: either it's the men's program with a pink title, or it's so watered down it insults the athlete reading it. This is neither. The recovery biology is the same engine — joints, tendons, GH pulse, mitochondria — so the foundation IS the athlete's foundation. What differs is worth naming honestly: where you sit in dose ranges, the gut-skin-immunity load women's training carries, and the cycle context that changes how the same week of training lands.
The Foundation — the athlete's engine, unchanged
- BPC-157 + TB-500 (blend) — 500 mcg daily. Tendons don't check chromosomes. The repair floor for mat, barbell, or trail.
- CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (blend) — 200 mcg pre-bed, fasted. The overnight rebuild pulse — identical decline, identical restoration, in women.
- NAD+ — 100 mg daily. The cellular energy floor under training, work, and everything else the schedule demands.
The Female-Athlete Layer
- KPV — 400 mcg daily. Gut trouble under training load skews female in the literature, and cutting weight or fueling around a cycle makes it worse — the gut-inflammation leg earns its slot here.
- MOTS-c — 2.5 mg, 3× weekly. The engine leg — and the insulin-sensitivity support that matters more across hormonal fluctuation.
- DSIP — 200 mcg pre-bed. Sleep quality varies across the cycle (the luteal-phase sleep dip is real); defending deep sleep defends the whole program.
The Complete Optimal Build
- GHK-Cu — 1.5 mg daily, 5 on / 2 off. Mat burn, bar rash, sun damage — the skin-remodeling literature was built on women's skin; use it.
- Thymosin Alpha-1 — 1.6 mg, 2× weekly. The immune floor for competition blocks and the gym plague.
- Glutathione — 400 mg, 3× weekly. The oxidative exhaust leg, with the brightening side-literature as a bonus.

The cycle-aware notes nobody writes down
- Track the protocol against your cycle for the first two months. Sleep, recovery, and gut symptoms all vary by phase — knowing YOUR pattern beats any generic schedule, and it makes the compound effects readable.
- A vanished cycle is a stop-and-think signal, not an achievement — it usually means under-fueling relative to output (RED-S), and no compound here fixes under-eating. Fuel first, labs second (the panel), protocol third.

Compounds in this program
BPC-157
The most-discussed recovery peptide — studied for tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut repair. The usual first compound for anyone training hard with nagging injuries.
TB-500
BPC-157's usual partner — studied for flexibility, tissue repair, and reducing inflammation across the whole body rather than one site.
CJC-1295 (no DAC)
A growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analog that prompts your pituitary to release its own GH in natural pulses — almost always paired with Ipamorelin.
Ipamorelin
The cleanest of the GH secretagogues — triggers a growth-hormone pulse without meaningfully raising hunger or cortisol. CJC-1295's standard partner.
NAD+
Not technically a peptide — the cellular energy coenzyme itself, injected to restore levels that fall ~50% between youth and middle age. The longevity-circuit staple.
KPV
A three-amino-acid fragment of a natural anti-inflammatory hormone — studied for gut inflammation, skin conditions, and calming an over-active immune response.
MOTS-c
The "exercise in a vial" research peptide — encoded in mitochondrial DNA, studied for insulin sensitivity, endurance, and metabolic flexibility.
DSIP
The sleep peptide — studied since the 1970s for deepening slow-wave sleep, which is where every other kind of recovery actually happens.
GHK-Cu
A naturally occurring copper-binding peptide studied for skin quality, hair, wound healing, and tissue remodeling — the cosmetic-longevity workhorse.
Thymosin Alpha-1
The immune-modulation peptide — an approved drug in 30+ countries that trains the immune system's response rather than suppressing or overstimulating it.
Glutathione
The body's own master antioxidant — a tripeptide on every IV-therapy and med-spa menu, studied for detoxification, recovery, and oxidative stress.
