The Golf Performance Program
The complete golfer's protocol — the joints-and-recovery foundation for elbows, backs, and shoulders, the focus layer for the six inches between your ears, and the full 18-hole build.
Golf looks gentle and eats bodies anyway: golfer's elbow, thrown-out backs, shoulders that complain on the range, and the slow-creep midsection that changes a swing plane. It's also the rare sport where the mental game is openly half the score. This program works both — the tissue that makes the swing repeatable, and the focus that makes the putt drop — and it pairs naturally with the Over-40 Program, because that's who's standing on most first tees.
The Foundation — everyone starts here
- BPC-157 + TB-500 (blend) — 500 mcg daily. Golfer's elbow IS a tendon problem; the low back and lead shoulder are connective-tissue problems. This is the repair floor the whole swing stands on.
- CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (blend) — 200 mcg pre-bed, fasted. The overnight recovery pulse — range sessions and 36-hole weekends stop billing the following Tuesday.
- NAD+ — 100 mg daily. Back-nine energy fade is cellular before it's cardio; this is the floor.
The Scoring Layer
- Semax — 300 mcg mornings. The focus compound: pre-shot routine composure, staying in THIS shot after a double, and four hours of attention without the caffeine jitters that wreck a putting stroke.
- GHK-Cu — 1.5 mg daily, 5 on / 2 off. Tendon and tissue quality for the elbows and hands — plus the sun-damage repair leg for skin that lives outdoors.
- DSIP — 200 mcg pre-bed. Early tee times and real recovery are enemies; this deepens what sleep you get.
The Full 18 Build
- Tesamorelin — 1.5 mg daily. The visceral-fat specialist — the belly that changes posture and swing plane is its exact trial-proven target.
- MOTS-c — 2.5 mg, 3× weekly. Walking 18 with intent, four days running — the engine leg.
- Glutathione — 400 mg, 3× weekly. The antioxidant floor, pairing with NAD+ (engine and exhaust).

Season-shaped by nature: run the foundation year-round and the full build across your playing season — the Supply Builder sizes it in one order. An acute elbow or back flare-up routes to the Injury Protocol first, then steps back down here.
For the women on the tee sheet
Identical program, Standard tier — and the skin/sun leg (GHK-Cu, glutathione) plus the Skin & Longevity Program are where lady-golfer priorities usually point next.
Research protocols, not a prescription — talk to a physician before touching anything.
Compounds in this program
BPC-157
The most-discussed recovery peptide — studied for tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut repair. The usual first compound for anyone training hard with nagging injuries.
TB-500
BPC-157's usual partner — studied for flexibility, tissue repair, and reducing inflammation across the whole body rather than one site.
CJC-1295 (no DAC)
A growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analog that prompts your pituitary to release its own GH in natural pulses — almost always paired with Ipamorelin.
Ipamorelin
The cleanest of the GH secretagogues — triggers a growth-hormone pulse without meaningfully raising hunger or cortisol. CJC-1295's standard partner.
NAD+
Not technically a peptide — the cellular energy coenzyme itself, injected to restore levels that fall ~50% between youth and middle age. The longevity-circuit staple.
Semax
Selank's energizing sibling — a Russian-developed cognitive peptide studied for focus, memory, and BDNF elevation.
GHK-Cu
A naturally occurring copper-binding peptide studied for skin quality, hair, wound healing, and tissue remodeling — the cosmetic-longevity workhorse.
DSIP
The sleep peptide — studied since the 1970s for deepening slow-wave sleep, which is where every other kind of recovery actually happens.
Tesamorelin
The most clinically proven GHRH analog — an FDA-approved drug (for HIV-related belly fat) that research circles study for visceral fat specifically.
MOTS-c
The "exercise in a vial" research peptide — encoded in mitochondrial DNA, studied for insulin sensitivity, endurance, and metabolic flexibility.
Glutathione
The body's own master antioxidant — a tripeptide on every IV-therapy and med-spa menu, studied for detoxification, recovery, and oxidative stress.
