The Competition Camp Program

The 8-week fight-camp protocol — the year-round base, the camp-load layer that absorbs double sessions, and the peak-week discipline that gets you to the mats whole.

A competition camp is a controlled demolition: volume goes up, intensity goes up, sleep gets harder, the gym plague circulates, and everything needs to peak on one specific Saturday. This program is the Jiu-Jitsu Athlete Program put on a calendar — same compounds, phased across an 8-week camp so the supply, the loading, and the taper all point at competition day.

One rule before anything: if your division tests, read If You Compete first. Several compounds here are prohibited in tested sport at all times — most hobbyist divisions are never tested, but that's a decision you make with open eyes, not by accident.

Weeks 1–8 — The Base (runs the whole camp)

Weeks 3–8 — The Camp Load (add as volume peaks)

All camp — The Sharp Edge

Fight week — the discipline part

Nothing new in fight week. No new compounds, no dose changes, nothing you haven't run for weeks — fight week is for what's already proven boring. Taper volume, protect sleep, and if you're managing weight, do it with the Weight-Cut Support Protocol's rules — slow, early, hydrated.

The full program at a glance

Phase Compound How it's run
Weeks 1–8 BPC-157/TB-500 blend 500 mcg daily
Weeks 1–8 CJC-1295/Ipamorelin blend 200 mcg pre-bed
Weeks 1–8 NAD+ 100 mg daily
Weeks 3–8 MOTS-c 2.5 mg 3×/week
Weeks 3–8 Thymosin Alpha-1 1.6 mg 2×/week
Weeks 3–8 KPV 400 mcg daily
All camp DSIP 200 mcg pre-bed
All camp Semax 300 mcg mornings

Order everything before week 1 — a camp cannot absorb a shipping delay in week 6. The Supply Builder sizes the whole 8-week camp in one order. (It sizes every compound for the full duration, so the weeks-3–8 compounds carry spare capacity — that spare rolls straight into your post-camp recovery block rather than going to waste.)

For the women in the bracket

Everything above runs identically — same doses at Standard tier, same phasing. The one addition: if the camp includes deliberate weight management, the Women & Peptides guide covers the places where women's physiology changes the picture.

Research protocols, not a prescription — talk to a physician before touching anything, and read If You Compete if your division tests.

Compounds in this program

Recovery & Repair

BPC-157

The most-discussed recovery peptide — studied for tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut repair. The usual first compound for anyone training hard with nagging injuries.

Recovery & Repair

TB-500

BPC-157's usual partner — studied for flexibility, tissue repair, and reducing inflammation across the whole body rather than one site.

Growth Hormone Axis

CJC-1295 (no DAC)

A growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analog that prompts your pituitary to release its own GH in natural pulses — almost always paired with Ipamorelin.

Growth Hormone Axis

Ipamorelin

The cleanest of the GH secretagogues — triggers a growth-hormone pulse without meaningfully raising hunger or cortisol. CJC-1295's standard partner.

Energy & Longevity

NAD+

Not technically a peptide — the cellular energy coenzyme itself, injected to restore levels that fall ~50% between youth and middle age. The longevity-circuit staple.

Weight & Metabolic

MOTS-c

The "exercise in a vial" research peptide — encoded in mitochondrial DNA, studied for insulin sensitivity, endurance, and metabolic flexibility.

Immune & Resilience

Thymosin Alpha-1

The immune-modulation peptide — an approved drug in 30+ countries that trains the immune system's response rather than suppressing or overstimulating it.

Gut & Inflammation

KPV

A three-amino-acid fragment of a natural anti-inflammatory hormone — studied for gut inflammation, skin conditions, and calming an over-active immune response.

Sleep & Recovery

DSIP

The sleep peptide — studied since the 1970s for deepening slow-wave sleep, which is where every other kind of recovery actually happens.

Mind & Mood

Semax

Selank's energizing sibling — a Russian-developed cognitive peptide studied for focus, memory, and BDNF elevation.
