The Weight-Cut Support Protocol
The make-weight-without-wrecking-yourself protocol — slow body-comp management across a camp, the gut-and-energy layer that survives the diet, and the hard rules that keep a cut from becoming a hospital story.
Let's be clear about what this is: support for managing body composition across a whole camp — not a rapid-cut tool. Nothing in a vial makes dehydrating yourself safe — the last-48-hours water cut is where cuts turn dangerous, and no compound here changes that. What peptides are studied for is the eight weeks before that: dropping fat slowly while keeping training quality, gut function, and muscle — so the final week barely needs drama at all.
The Foundation — cut fuel, not muscle
- AOD-9604 — 400 mcg fasted mornings. The GH fat-fragment: lipolysis without appetite suppression — you still need to eat enough to train twice a day.
- MOTS-c — 2.5 mg, 3× weekly. Metabolic flexibility while calories drop — the leg that keeps the engine burning fat without the pace falling apart.

The hard rules (the part that actually matters)
- Start early. A cut that begins 8 weeks out is nutrition; a cut that begins 8 days out is damage. This protocol assumes the 8-week version.
- A GLP-1 has no place inside a camp. Appetite suppression while training twice a day is how you end up flat, weak, and hurt. If your walking weight is the real problem, run the Weight & Metabolic Program in the OFF-season, not in camp.
- Nothing here touches the final water manipulation — on purpose. The whole point of this protocol is a cut slow enough and early enough that fight week barely needs one. A cut aggressive enough to need "managing" belongs under medical supervision, full stop.
