Every program on this site assumes something first responders don't have: a normal day. Rotating shifts wreck the sleep everything else depends on, the job alternates between boredom and adrenaline with no warm-up, the injuries come from real weight moved at bad angles, and the exposure load — smoke, pathogens, chronic stress hormones — is the quiet tax nobody briefs you on. This program is built around those realities, in the same three layers as everything here.
The Foundation — the floor the job stands on
- BPC-157 + TB-500 (blend) — 500 mcg daily. Dead-lifting patients off floors, hauling hose up stairwells, wrestling non-compliant arrestees — the job is industrial athletics without a season. This is the repair floor.
- CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (blend) — 200 mcg before your main sleep, fasted — whenever that sleep happens. The rebuild pulse fires during YOUR deep sleep; the compound doesn't care if that's 9 p.m. or 9 a.m., but consistency relative to your sleep anchor is everything.

Three straight notes for this audience
- Department testing: standard employment drug panels don't screen for research peptides — but active-duty military and federal positions live under different rules (DoD supplement policy is its own world), and tactical athletes competing in tested events should read If You Compete. Know your agency's policy; that's an eyes-open decision, not ours.

The most-discussed recovery peptide — studied for tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut repair. The usual first compound for anyone training hard with nagging injuries.
TB-500
BPC-157's usual partner — studied for flexibility, tissue repair, and reducing inflammation across the whole body rather than one site.
CJC-1295 (no DAC)
A growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analog that prompts your pituitary to release its own GH in natural pulses — almost always paired with Ipamorelin.
Ipamorelin
The cleanest of the GH secretagogues — triggers a growth-hormone pulse without meaningfully raising hunger or cortisol. CJC-1295's standard partner.
NAD+
Not technically a peptide — the cellular energy coenzyme itself, injected to restore levels that fall ~50% between youth and middle age. The longevity-circuit staple.
DSIP
