Stacks / Endurance & Ultra
The Endurance Engine
The complete aerobic-athlete protocol — the mitochondrial foundation, the recovery-and-immunity layer high mileage demands, and the full ultra build for gut, mind, and oxidative load.
Endurance sport is a mitochondria business — the athlete with more cellular engines, better fueled and better repaired, wins the back half. It's also the sport that quietly destroys its athletes through the side doors: overuse tendon injuries, the post-race immunity crash, runner's gut, and the sleep debt of 5 a.m. training blocks. This program works all of it — engine first.
The Foundation — the engine room
- MOTS-c — 2.5 mg, 3× weekly. The headline: a mitochondrial-derived peptide studied for exactly what endurance athletes chase — metabolic flexibility, insulin sensitivity, fat oxidation, and exercise capacity. If this site has an "endurance compound," this is it.
- NAD+ — 100 mg daily. Mitochondria run on it, volume drains it. The engine leg's fuel line.
- BPC-157 + TB-500 (blend) — 500 mcg daily. Endurance injuries are overuse injuries — the same tendons, thousands of reps. The repair floor that keeps the mileage compounding instead of the damage.
The Recovery & Resilience Layer
- CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (blend) — 200 mcg pre-bed, fasted. The overnight adaptation pulse — where today's long run becomes next month's fitness.
- DSIP — 200 mcg pre-bed. High-volume athletes are professionally under-slept; this deepens the stage where the aerobic adaptations consolidate.
- Thymosin Alpha-1 — 1.6 mg, 2× weekly. The open-window effect — the post-long-run immunity dip that turns race season into cold season — is exactly the immune-resilience lane.
The Ultra Build
- Glutathione — 400 mg, 3× weekly. No sport generates oxidative load like long aerobic work; the exhaust system leg.
- KPV — 400 mcg daily. Runner's gut is a real ischemia-and-inflammation problem, and it ends more races than legs do.
- Semax — 300 mcg mornings. The mental miles: focus and composure for the hours where the race is entirely between your ears.

The classic shape: run the foundation year-round, the full build through a 16–24 week race block — the Supply Builder sizes the whole season in one order.

For the women logging the same miles
Identical program, Standard tier — and the endurance-specific flag: high-mileage women carry elevated RED-S risk (under-fueling relative to output), and no compound here fixes under-eating. The Women's Athlete Program covers the female-athlete specifics.

Compounds in this program
MOTS-c
The "exercise in a vial" research peptide — encoded in mitochondrial DNA, studied for insulin sensitivity, endurance, and metabolic flexibility.
NAD+
Not technically a peptide — the cellular energy coenzyme itself, injected to restore levels that fall ~50% between youth and middle age. The longevity-circuit staple.
BPC-157
The most-discussed recovery peptide — studied for tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut repair. The usual first compound for anyone training hard with nagging injuries.
TB-500
BPC-157's usual partner — studied for flexibility, tissue repair, and reducing inflammation across the whole body rather than one site.
CJC-1295 (no DAC)
A growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analog that prompts your pituitary to release its own GH in natural pulses — almost always paired with Ipamorelin.
Ipamorelin
The cleanest of the GH secretagogues — triggers a growth-hormone pulse without meaningfully raising hunger or cortisol. CJC-1295's standard partner.
DSIP
The sleep peptide — studied since the 1970s for deepening slow-wave sleep, which is where every other kind of recovery actually happens.
Thymosin Alpha-1
The immune-modulation peptide — an approved drug in 30+ countries that trains the immune system's response rather than suppressing or overstimulating it.
Glutathione
The body's own master antioxidant — a tripeptide on every IV-therapy and med-spa menu, studied for detoxification, recovery, and oxidative stress.
KPV
A three-amino-acid fragment of a natural anti-inflammatory hormone — studied for gut inflammation, skin conditions, and calming an over-active immune response.
Semax
Selank's energizing sibling — a Russian-developed cognitive peptide studied for focus, memory, and BDNF elevation.
