CrossFit breaks people in a very specific pattern: shoulders and elbows from high-rep gymnastics, knees and back from heavy volume, and an engine that's asked to redline five days a week on six hours of sleep. The sport IS the recovery problem — so this program is built like the training: general physical preparedness for your biology. Foundation, engine-and-chassis layer, full competitor build.
The Foundation — everyone starts here
- BPC-157 + TB-500 (blend) — 500 mcg daily. Daily WODs mean daily micro-damage to the same tissue; this is the systemic repair floor under all of it.
- CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (blend) — 200 mcg pre-bed, fasted. The overnight rebuild pulse — the adaptation between today's WOD and tomorrow's.
- NAD+ — 100 mg daily. Glycolytic training is an energy furnace; this is the cellular floor that keeps quality high through a brutal training week.
The Engine & Chassis Layer
- MOTS-c — 2.5 mg, 3× weekly. The engine leg: insulin sensitivity, metabolic flexibility, and endurance — the difference in the third round of a 20-minute AMRAP.
- GHK-Cu — 1.5 mg daily, 5 on / 2 off. The connective-tissue quality leg — hands, pulling skin, and the collagen everything high-rep depends on.
- DSIP — 200 mcg pre-bed. The 5:30 a.m. class and real recovery are enemies; this defends the deep-sleep window that every other compound here pays into.
The Competitor Build
- Thymosin Alpha-1 — 1.6 mg, 2× weekly. The box plague before the Open is as predictable as the leaderboard; the immune-resilience layer for high-volume blocks.
- AOD-9604 — 400 mcg fasted mornings. Body-comp support without appetite suppression — power-to-weight without training flat.
- Semax — 300 mcg mornings. Skill work, judging standards, and pacing math under fatigue — the focus leg.
- Glutathione — 400 mg, 3× weekly. The oxidative exhaust system for a sport that generates more of it than almost any other.

Compounds in this program
BPC-157
The most-discussed recovery peptide — studied for tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut repair. The usual first compound for anyone training hard with nagging injuries.
TB-500
BPC-157's usual partner — studied for flexibility, tissue repair, and reducing inflammation across the whole body rather than one site.
CJC-1295 (no DAC)
A growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analog that prompts your pituitary to release its own GH in natural pulses — almost always paired with Ipamorelin.
Ipamorelin
The cleanest of the GH secretagogues — triggers a growth-hormone pulse without meaningfully raising hunger or cortisol. CJC-1295's standard partner.
NAD+
Not technically a peptide — the cellular energy coenzyme itself, injected to restore levels that fall ~50% between youth and middle age. The longevity-circuit staple.
MOTS-c
The "exercise in a vial" research peptide — encoded in mitochondrial DNA, studied for insulin sensitivity, endurance, and metabolic flexibility.
GHK-Cu
A naturally occurring copper-binding peptide studied for skin quality, hair, wound healing, and tissue remodeling — the cosmetic-longevity workhorse.
DSIP
The sleep peptide — studied since the 1970s for deepening slow-wave sleep, which is where every other kind of recovery actually happens.
Thymosin Alpha-1
The immune-modulation peptide — an approved drug in 30+ countries that trains the immune system's response rather than suppressing or overstimulating it.
AOD-9604
The fat-loss fragment — the tail end of growth hormone that keeps the fat-burning signal and drops everything else. No appetite suppression, no GLP-1 stomach.
Semax
Selank's energizing sibling — a Russian-developed cognitive peptide studied for focus, memory, and BDNF elevation.
Glutathione
The body's own master antioxidant — a tripeptide on every IV-therapy and med-spa menu, studied for detoxification, recovery, and oxidative stress.
