How the math works
Concentration = peptide (mcg) ÷ water (ml). Your draw = target dose ÷ concentration. On a standard U-100 insulin syringe, 1 ml = 100 units, so units = draw (ml) × 100.
Does body weight change the dose?
Mostly no — and it surprises people. Unlike many supplements, most peptide protocols are flat-dosed: growth-hormone secretagogues saturate their receptor per pulse, so a bigger body doesn't need a bigger signal; the GLP-1 class is titrated by response, not by size. What DOES vary is where you sit inside the published range — a 240-lb competitor running hard typically runs the top of the range where a lighter or newer person runs the middle. A couple of exceptions trend weight-scaled in the literature (IGF-1 LR3 is often quoted per kg, and TB-500 loading is sometimes sized to body mass). The Supply Builder's Standard / Full-strength toggle handles exactly this — it sizes an entire program's supply for whichever end of the range fits you.
Always confirm your syringe type. All output is arithmetic on your inputs — it is not a dosing recommendation.
